Q. Do you think you have what it takes to be a Deadliest Catch fisherman?
A. I'm a female who is older now. Years ago, however, I worked offshore for Pennzoil on a high pressure gas platform. I operated link belt cranes, loaded and offloaded supply boats, and worked on machinery and did safety checks on gas wells. I honestly think I would have been up to the challenge. My biggest obstacle, I think would be getting over seasickness. That too, I'm sure, would pass. (either that or I'd die tryin'!) lol |

This pic was taken at Tiki Bob's in Seattle on 5/31/08 with Captain Phil. It was the best day I had all year and I'll never forget it! He was very laid back, pleasant, and spent a lot of time talking with everyone. I asked him to honestly tell me how he was feeling and he said he didn't really feel that well. He never let it show though. He's a very strong and amazing person. |
